Doors open at 7:30am and program begins at 8:00am. For over 30-years the Martin Luther King Cooridnating Committee has held the breakfast commorating the teaching of Dr. King. 2020 is the 38th annual event, which started even before King’s birthday became a national holiday. The breakfast honors the work of King, along with other people who have made a difference in the community. It also rewards students for skills such as public speaking.
