We strive to follow in the foot steps of Dr. King promoting peace and non-violence as the cornerstone to help move our community forward. Since 1971 MLKCC has helped inspire and enrich the people of our diverse community. We hope you will join us as we share Dr. King's "Dream".
Our Mission
The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Coordinating Committee's (MLKCC) mission is to provide cultural activities to honor Dr. King and to enable people to reflect on his life and teachings through education, cultural performances, exhibitions and events. These multi-ethnic, family oriented activities garner the support of families, community leaders and activists to motiviate students, enrich their lives, and launch them toward careers in their area of interest.
